The recording becomes the minutes
After a council decision and an update to the internal regulations, the audio or audiovisual recording can replace the formal minutes, based on the applicable legal grounds. The official record remains mandatory.

The transcription module delivers a verbatim record in chronological order, structured by agenda item and speaker. Your reporting format stays the same — the typing disappears.
