The monthly session — residents follow live, or come back later for one specific item.
The council live, and findable by agenda item afterwards.
Make every session public, structured and easy to revisit.
Your session goes live on your own website, with the agenda items, the speakers and the voting data included. Afterwards, a resident jumps straight to the item that concerns them, and the transcript delivers a verbatim record per agenda item and speaker. You decide when to publish.
You will recognise this.

Legal framework
Depending on the rules that apply to your authority, a recording may under certain conditions serve as the record of proceedings — the minutes themselves remain mandatory. Whether this is possible, and what your rules of procedure need to say, is a matter of national and regional law; we recommend having it verified. If you prefer to keep your existing form of record, the transcript delivers it without the typing. Have a lawyer review this, not a translator.
